• Partners ◊ Mr. OH, ByeongSeok, Representative, Patent Attorney Mr. Oh has founded the firm in 2001. (The firm's name has changed to OH & HAHM in 2004 when Ms. Hahm joined the firm.) He is supporting the firm's clients in designing and executing patent creation and /or enforcement strategies by using the "Protection Coverage Matrix (PCM)" which was created by himself after almost 18 years of practices and more than 5 years of research. He further developed a VBA Script S/W for generating the PCM to be synchronized with filing patent applications and/or issuances in realtime. He was a partner in EE field of Hanyang Patent & Law Firm in Seoul from 1998 to 2000. He was the only in-house counsel of HYNICS Semiconductor Co. in Icheon of South Korea from 1993 to 1998. He was involved in many patent litigations in US and other countries, and deposed in a US court. He also was in charge of building patent creation and enforcement strategies of the company. He started his career as a patent attorney from 1992 in Kim & Chang in Seoul, one of the biggest patent law firm in Korea. She joined the firm in 2004. She has sucessfully led a global patent licensing negotiation between multi-national companies to a complete agreement of both sides only with one 30-minite technical meeting. She started her career as a patent attorney from 2001 in Kim & Chang. Education: Master of Mechanics from Korean Advansed Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST). He joined the firm in 2023. He has sucessfully led a global patent prosecutions among countries including China, Taiwan, Japan, etc. He started his career as a patent attorney from 2002. Education: Master of Telecommunications Engineering from Graduate School of Yonsei University.
